The Cons:Windows 7 Starter is very limited, many people will feel they need an upgrade. Screen becomes hard to see when viewed at any angle other than straight-on.

This 10.1” netbook, from the Acer Aspire line, is available in a bright blue color with black for the 84-key keyboard and bezel. Even though it’s only 2.76 pounds, this netbook can last up to 8 hours on its battery.
