Genesi Efika MX Smartbook

The Efika MX Smartbook from Genesi is a netbook at the cheaper end of the market. With a 10.1" screen and needing only 12W to run, it is a small and portable yet energy efficient netbook.

The 10.1" TFT-LCD has an LED backlight and 1024 x 600 resolution, giving clarity to pictures and web content.

The EFIKA MX Smartbook comes with a a Cortex A8 CPU which is an ARM processor. This ARM processor features an optimized Linux kernel and  will not run Windows Operating systems. This means that web surfing, email writing and photo sharing are all possible on this smartbook. With features which include 2 USB 2.0 ports, WiFI with 3G option, 16GB Nand Flash memory, and built-in microphone and speakers, this small and lightweight smartbook is a device capable of many basic computing functions.
