Toshiba Mini Notebook NB250 Series

The Mini Notebook NB250 Series is a line of stripped-down miniature laptops from the Toshiba company that offer a no-frills approach to portable computing. Ranging from $280 to $310 and starting at 2.8 pounds, the four different models vary mainly in hard drive space (from 160GB to 250GB) and other small convenience features.

Each device includes an Intel Atom N455 internal processor that powers a starter version of the Windows 7 OS, as well as an Intel Media Accelerator graphics engine. 10.1-inch backlit WVGA LED displays are also common between each model, featuring a widescreen 1024x600 aspect ratio. A 6-cell lithium-ion rechargeable battery provides up to 8.35 hours of battery life, and built-in webcam and microphone capabilities allow for video chat and other internet communications.
